How to get a touch2id card and touch2id sticker for your phone  

All you need to enrol is a current Passport or Driving License (full or provisional) including your paper Counterpart.  

If you haven´t got either of these don´t worry as the scheme will be widened to include more forms soon.  The key thing for the launch is that no one using fake ID will get on the scheme. Touch2id are using the very latest Passport checking devices used at border controls which detect the security features of your Passport or Driving License such as UV and watermarks. It also cross checks the data in the machine readable zone to the same data stored on the biometric chip on the new style passports.

Enrolment takes just a few minutes.  

Touch2id even blow up your picture to check it really is you using facial recognition techniques. That´s it, there´s nothing to send off, you get your card right there and then and it´s ready to use immediately!

Where to enrol

At the Enrolment Centre for Wiltshire which is located in Melksham at 2 Bank Street (right on the roundabout in the centre you can't miss it!)  

Every Thursday and Saturday from 1-5pm  (except Christmas Day and New Year's Day).
